IMPACT: HEALTH
We build stronger communities where families have increased access to health care, as well as healthy foods, activities and environments, creating healthier beginnings and healthier lives.

IMPACT: FINANCIAL STABILITY
We give people the education and tools to get better jobs and build a solid foundation that improves their lives and the lives of their children.
GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS
The United Way of Yavapai County provides grants for community interventions that support one of the following cornerstone issues: education, economic stability or health. As a community-impact agent, UWYC identifies unmet needs and address them by funding programs and networking with our agencies to bring the most positive impact to the greatest number of people throughout our communities. For more information about our grant process, call (928)778-6605.

In March of 2020, Yavapai County was faced with unprecedented challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Numerous nonprofit agencies were trying to meet the growing needs of their communities while having to close down or cancel their main revenue streams. United Way of Yavapai County took quick action by offering a COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund, which awarded over $112,000 to 23 agencies. It has been UWYC’s privilege to provide support and stability during these uncertain times.
